In this 8-week class, learn the basics: cast-on, knit, purl, bind-off PLUS garter stitch, stockinette stitch, cables, lace, and 3 other motifs plus how to read instructions. This class is designed for those who have never knit before to those who want to expand beyond the basics. Materials needed include: 3 skeins worsted weight (medium, #4) yarn, stitch/row markers, yarn needle, cable needle; optional: stitch/row counter. Needles available from the instructor for $10.
