There's still (a little) room on the bus!

Hey Everyone!

Happy July to you.
Time to turn up the air and sew the hot afternoons away.  I am looking forward to some quality sewing time this month.

Shop hop is rapidly approaching!

Have you reserved *your* seat on the bus? Use your gas money to build your stash!The bus is leaving Always in Stitches at 8:00 on the 23rd of this month and will visit all the outlying shops. Cost is $65 (non-refundable, but it can be transferred to another person with notification). You can call the shop or register online at 365QuiltShop.com. Box lunch, beverages and snacks on the bus included and breakfast will be served at the shop. You don't want to miss the bus!!

Thursday, July 21 thru Saturday, July 30
Here are easy-to-read details about how to participate:

Purchase a "Passport" for $15 at any participating Quilt Store.

Hop around to all the shops and collect passport stamps, plus a new block pattern from each shop owner. All the shops are open the first three days from 9-6. The City stores are open on Sunday; check your passport for specific hours.

Turn in your passport by 5 pm on Saturday, July 30 to be eligible for July prizes!

July Prize Details:

Grand Prize: Pfaff Sewing Machine and Babylock Sewing Machine---Collect passport stamps at all 10 shops---deposit passport at last shop by 5 pm on July 30. Winners to be announced on Monday, August 8

Other July Prizes: $500 shopping spree to the Quilt Shops, and other prizes---Collect Passport stamps at all 10 shops---deposit passport at last shop by 5 pm on July 30. Winners to be announced on Monday, August 8

Consolation Prizes: Project Kits, Goodie Baskets---Collect passport stamps at 8 shops---deposit passport at last shop by 5 pm on July 30. Winners to be announced on Monday, August 8.


Super Prize Details:


Limo Ride for you and 3 of your friends to the 2012 Quilt Spree July Shop Hop! Passports and one night Hotel Stay is included! Winner to be drawn at the Holiday Fest on Saturday, December 3 at 2 pm!

Here's how to be eligible:

Turn in your Harvest Passport with all 10 stamps by October 31
Your July Passport with 10 stamps is automatically entered! That means if you do BOTH July and Harvest Hops, you have 2 chances!!

Turn in July and October passports with a total of 10 different stamps

In case you can't complete the Shop Hop in July, you can do your own "Harvest" Shop Hop in October. Please read this email for all the details!

If you're planning on riding the bus, please call and sign up now.
Don't wait until the last minute...seats are filling up. It's a great value...for the price of the bus, you get three meals, a comfortable ride, a bag of goodies and a fun day!

Here is Bus info...but PLEASE call now...don't wait...it makes planning SOOO much easier for all of us!

Bus A/B: Thursday and Friday, July 21 & 22---departs QuiltTrends @ 9 am each day. Visits all 10 shops (5 per day) in a leisurely manner. Day 1 visits South and East shops. Day 2 visits North and West shops. You will enjoy the lunch break! Stay overnight at the Holiday Inn Worthington at our discounted group rate. Price is $120

Bus C: Friday, July 22---departs QuiltTrends at 8 am and visits 8 shops, excluding the 2 Columbus shops. Price is $65
Bus D: Saturday, July 23---departs from Always in Stitches in Grove City @ 8 am and visits the outlying shops. Columbus shops are open on Sunday to visit on your own. Price is $65

Bus E: Tuesday, July 26---departs from Paw Patch in Mt Vernon @ 8 am and visits the outlying and southern shops. Columbus shops are open on Sunday to visit on your own. Price is $65

All buses include 3 meals, goodies, heavy-duty canvas bag made in the USA, special prize drawing, longer shopping times and a fun time for all. While all buses will not visit all the shops due to time constraints there will be a special incentive to visit missed shops on your own!
